01 Introduction

03 Account Registration

To access ds999's gaming and betting services, you must register a single personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active ds999 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ds999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and retail cash methods. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within your account dashboard.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ds999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players in any card game, poker room, or tournament format

• Assisting or facilitating any third party in carrying out any of the above prohibited acts

09 Responsible Gaming

ds999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming provisions are in effect at ds999:

12 Termination

Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verifications.

ds999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity
• The account is subject to a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
